Called to schedule an appointment. After 30 minutes on hold I took that as a sign to go elsewhere. After looking at the other reviews I am glad I did.
People are really nice, but their hours are completely false advertisement. They pick and choose when they want to be open. When i asked the cashiers at Walmart about it, they told me that they will not stay open until 7pm, they always close early. I've been coming in for 3 days trying to pick up mine and my daughters prescription because they said they would be open only to get there and they are closed, AGAIN. Very unprofessional of you guys
I stood at the desk for about 30 mins altering being told they would be right with me… there were only two people actually working and they seemed to be in no rush to help us at all. As soon as me and my partner walked away a gentleman was asked immediately after if he needed help. I believe the woman was homophobic and chose to not be of assistance. They then asked an elderly woman to get off a padded chair claiming she was not allowed to use it and then pulled over a much harder chair for her claiming it was policy. Just v... read more
The exam was great! Very friendly Dr. A pleasant process. However. Picking up my glasses was not. Brenda was very disturbed that I bother her to pick them up. She eventually got them and slid them across the desk, and went to other tasks. I cleared the dust off and asked her about adjusting them-they just fall off my face. Hesitantly she made a slight adjustment of one side. Still doesn't fit right and slides right off. I asked again and tried showing where it's loose.only to hear that's how they're made. Dr. Luhr is amazing. He has been seeing the our family for almost ten years now. He is the only one I will trust to look at my eyes. The front of house is always tidy and clean and Alex knows his stuff better than anyone there. It is too the point where I actually prefer his help over anybody else's. He is personable yet professional with a reassuring energy that makes you feel a little bit more knowledgeable and confident with the bill and insurance.
