The receptionist hung up on me
I had been a patient of Dr. Virginia Malkoskie since 2016 and was always well pleased. However, in July of 2023 I figured to save travel I'd go to a Walmart vision center in Lewisburg because it'd save me traveling 30 miles each way. Ha! I saved time but it cost me $500 for inept service and a bad prescription. I wasn't examined by an eye doctor but a "technician" who emailed the results to an Oklahoma eye doctor! He spoke to me in a video conference but could only go by what results he received. The end result was going to ... read more

Krystal is absolutely amazing, there’s was problem after problem with my glasses took over 2 months to finally get them and she kept explaining to me every time I called (which was a lot) what was happening. She is so friendly, when I go in there, I’m always hoping she’s there 😃 shout out to Krystal, thanks for everything! Micheal is amazing too, I have been in multiple times to get my glasses adjusted and he never gets annoyed cause I’m literally there all the time, it’s my first time wearing glasses so every little thing ... read more
