I took my glasses in for the adjustment and the optician cleaned my lenses off with a dirty rag and a solution. These glasses are just a few months old, and I’ve been getting them from the same place for over 30 years and never had a problem As soon as I walked out of of the vision center, I noticed that the anti-glare coating was starting to peel off. I took them back and showed him and he continued to clean them, which made the anti-reflective coating peel off both sides which made it worse and he said it must be a defect.... read more
The Eye Center was amazing!! Fast friendly and so economical! I got two pair for 1/2 of what was quoted for replacement prescription sunglasses at my local eye Dr!! The Dr was so good! He educated me at every step! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Great job gang!
Excellent service. The eye Dr that did the exam was great. Very friendly. Very helpful staff and the eye center manager was also great. Received my glasses quickly. This will be the only place I go to in the future for my glasses.
Very professional & helpful staff for the actual exam - Dr. Serniak is positive and made the visit and exam fun, he is positive & professional with his exams too. I recommend them for all your optometry needs! The ordering was great as well overall the experience was 100% and I would have given 5 stars until I picked up my glasses. Christian could not be more rude. Maybe he was having a bad day however that is not a reason to get a sarcastic attitude with a paying customer.
