I wanted to give this place a try because the doctor looked nice via the flyer I received, . The staff were nice and friendly therefore I give two stars! The doctor herself was not nice or friendly to my child! No conversation whatsoever and she was somewhat RUDE! Please check yourself and most importantly HUMBLE yourself! I will not bring my child back to this location I hate that I even gave it a try!
Matt & Philip were extremely helpful ! Despite The customer service was 5 stars. I was frustrated with trying to to get glasses for my son and they were extremely kind and helpful. This will be our new store for all of our eye needs. I see the positive changes happening in the store! Update January 2025, I received a text that my order was ready for pick up so I came to pick up my glasses and was told I have to wait until a person comes back from lunch to pick up my glasses!
