I was very disappointed with Walmart vision at this location. Diana that works at the desk in the vision department got very aggressive and personal. When I showed I got offended by what she said she continued to repeat it almost as if she was trying to get me more upset instead of trying to address my concerns. I went to get a spare set of glasses and was asked if I needed help by Hemal Patel. He was very knowledgeable and checked my insurance information to find out if it would be covered. He took his time and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs vision care.

Main Doctor not available to checkup . Other supporting nurse check eyes I asked few questions they are not able to answer I will not recommend

Update: Eye doctor did apologize and was very sweet in admitting to a mistake. I do believe that it was an honest mistake, but the fact that I had to reach out 5 times to the manager Jay and he never even called me back, does not allow me to give a better rating to the Vision Center. As medical providers - you have a responsibility to the patient. It’s just unfortunate that doctors are affected by this business chain, because the doctor did say doesn’t have much say about refunds and policies. Very disappointed! I presented ... read more
