The doctor is great and so helpful. However the lady working at the front desk was rude and not helpful. Very disappointed
Great place for eye care! I was surprised to have such great care at megastore. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr Jester does exam in person & is not rushed, takes time answering questions, explains thing clearly. So much better experience than V.
I've never had a more frustrating experience than with this Walmart vision center. The employees were rude and unhelpful. They continuously made excuses about why they couldn't put the new lenses in my son's glasses. When I went to have his lenses switched out, they came back after 15 minutes of trying to swap them out and said they were unable to put the new lenses in and someone else would have to do it, but they didn't have anyone available.They handed him back his original glasses and now the lenses are covered in scratc... read more
