The associate told me that I could not get my glasses in dark grey. I believed him and order the glasses. I went online later and found that I COULD get them in dark grey and ordered them. I canceled my in store order, after showing the associate my order with the DARK GREY. Evidently, he was ticked off so he actually went into the system and cancelled the order that I placed online myself. I have the system chat with Walmart to prove it. My third year going to Walmart Vision! Steve is such a pleasant person as well a Debbie. The new Doctor in Cocoa is just as great as the previous one. Always a great experience and love the help picking out frames. They are so honest. While the doctor will charge up front - all ok as I can get reimbursed. Happy to have them local .
Took my extra picky child here for the first time to get new glasses, we were more than impressed with prices as well as the two ladies who assisted us. Much lower than we’ve paid at other places. We will absolutely go back! Thank you for being so good with my child!
