No problem with doctor. Support staff rude and defensive when confronted with error. Refuse to mail me my Rx ("We don't mail that often.") after I stopped in to pick it up and they gave me my glasses, and forgot to include Rx. Still waiting for for it to come in the mail, over a month!!! If I ran my clinics this way, we would have been out of business and me out of a job!
