If I could give no stars, I would. Called to book an eye exam and the Only response I received was "I don't have a doctor". I politely answered " Okay, I didn't mean today. Is there a future date I can make an appointment?" . To which she responded " No ". "So you don't have a doctor at all?" . To which I received another response of " No. " I just hung up.
I cancelled my appointment this morning because one of the women plus the optometrist were rude, nasty, and dismissive towards me when I tried to discuss something with them. I have since made an eye appointment elsewhere. Until this Vision Center hires professional employees I won't return there.
My brother went there to get contacts and glasses and got neither except a bill for $79 for and eye exam the Dr could not figure out his Perscription? Don’t go there you are wasting your time and money!
It definitely would have been more convenient to go to the Monticello Walmart Vision Center. But the staff at the Middletown location are just so nice and helpful. It’s worth it for me to drive the extra distance.
It definitely would have been more convenient to use a doctor at the Monticello Walmart Vision Center when they got one on staff. But that woman everyone is complaining about just made my decision to drive to the Middletown store a no-brainer. They’re super nice there and despite the wait time for an appt and longer drive, it beats having to go through someone so condescending. I would rather make an appointment with one of those automated services than have to talk to her.
