We are regular customers of Walmart vision center and always got good services and behavior from the manager, Lauren or another old lady. Recently I purchased a new glass and had to change it due to severe adjustment issues. Walmart has 60 days policies to replace the glasses and the manager Kayla asked me to get an authorization number from my insurance or else they will need 6-8 weeks to process through my insurance. I had the pleasure of working with Kayla who is the manager. She was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about glasses! 10/10 would recommend working with her.
