Desire, was very rude! Once I I entered the store she was on her cell phone. She moved the phone away from her mouth ( it was on speaker) then raised her eye brows. I guess that meant how can I help you. She stayed on her phone the entire time, including at check out. Very unprofessional and rude. We must do better with training staff in professionalism and customer service skills.
Walmart fired all their doctors, so they do not provide eye exams. Also, it took me 20 minutes to talk to anyone. I pressed the register button but nobody responded until I waited in line at store customer service who paged over the intercom.
I have purchased glasses from this center twice over the last couple of years, and have received excellent customer service support from the manager (Paula) and her staff.
The worst vision center I have ever went to. I have to pay for a mistake that they made, and nobody can help me. This place should be shut down, permanently.
Denzel has great customer service for my Wife and I and we will continue to come back because of that.
