Walmart fired all their doctors, so they do not provide eye exams. Also, it took me 20 minutes to talk to anyone. I pressed the register button but nobody responded until I waited in line at store customer service who paged over the intercom.
I have purchased glasses from this center twice over the last couple of years, and have received excellent customer service support from the manager (Paula) and her staff.
The worst vision center I have ever went to. I have to pay for a mistake that they made, and nobody can help me. This place should be shut down, permanently.
Denzel has great customer service for my Wife and I and we will continue to come back because of that.
I left this 1 star review about 2 years ago but never added any text (I thought I had though maybe it got deleted) so I'm gonna add it now. I've STILL been trying to call this dang place with literally no answer. Actually, scratch that, a young woman answered the phone ONCE and not only was she INCREDIBLY RUDE she ain't know spit. I ask about a doctor- she didn't know. I asked about price and deals-she didn't know. Told me to call back and when I did guess what? NO FRICKEN ANSWER. Boo!
