The two ladies that helped us were fantastic. Unfortunately they had to call our insurance to figure out our coverage and call to get our prescription! Nevertheless these ladies are top shelf. They were so patient, very helpful and both my daughter and I walked out of there with a pair of glasses ordered. Thank y'all so much!
They tell you what the price will be and then months later send you a second bill claiming the price went up. How can the price go up after I paid it? What a scam. Both me and my insurance have already given them money.
Do not use this company under any circumstances. Fraudulent billing practices. I paid 60 dollars on top of what my insurance paid and months later they send me another surprise bill for 20 dollars claiming my insurance didn't cover part of it. Absolute scum of the earth and they should be ashamed to lie about the price to your face. I was clearly told how much I would owe them and they don't keep their word.
