They tell you what the price will be and then months later send you a second bill claiming the price went up. How can the price go up after I paid it? What a scam. Both me and my insurance have already given them money.
Do not use this company under any circumstances. Fraudulent billing practices. I paid 60 dollars on top of what my insurance paid and months later they send me another surprise bill for 20 dollars claiming my insurance didn't cover part of it. Absolute scum of the earth and they should be ashamed to lie about the price to your face. I was clearly told how much I would owe them and they don't keep their word. Excellent customer service!
My husband bought glasses at the auburn store they SUCKED we went back 5 times then we had enough it took over 1 hour to get our refund back this place sucks..lesson learned you get what you pay for the glasses SUCKED and getting our money back was like pulling teeth...NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THEM.
I’m sitting in the waiting room…. I had a 1:40 apt and it’s after 2. The printer won’t print so they don’t take me for my appointment. Lame. Never again will I trust Wally World with my vision testing
