This is the second time I received defective glasses. The people that work there were accommodating and polite, but everything that is done off-site is trash. My first pair , ordered about a year ago, had a human hair pressed into the lens resulting in a cracked-like appearance running through the middle of the lens. The second pair, I went to pickup today, were grossly warped changing the overall appearance and style. After inspection, the lenses were oversized and the frames were permanently damaged. Negative from the start. Couldn't pull up ins. And it was active very aggravated had to have ins. Call them. Ridiculous
