Angie is one of the kindest and most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome and taken care of. She’s incredibly professional and takes the time to make sure everything is exactly right — whether it’s helping with frames, answering questions, or making adjustments. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to leave completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who combines such kindness with top-notch service, but Angie does it effortlessly.
Walmart east vision center has been great to me since 2014. Dr Butler and staff are polite to me and any customer I see there while I am briefly waiting for my appointment. They have a great selection of glasses and good prices! I don’t understand other 1 star reviews under this Walmart eye center, until I click on their Google profile and see they give everywhere they go a 1 star, so Walmart eye center isn’t sad, they are sad.
Super helpful and spoke English cause me and dad don’t wear glasses but our son needed them. The lady made the process very smooth for us.
I went during a slower part of the day. They were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The Optometrist was friendly and competent. They had frames I liked that another place in Jefferson City didn't have, and my completed glasses arrived in only 4 days. I recommend them and will myself return with wife and son.
Angie is the best, has the best costumer service, makes everyone feel welcome, overall nice person
