I recently had cataract surgery and my doctor recommended going to Walmart vision center because Medicare would cover my expense of corrective eye glasses. I picked out a pair of frames and then had a seat to discuss the type of lenses I needed. I had my prescription with me and they said they would fax to my doctor for his signature before they could send the package to Medicare for approval. That was almost four weeks ago.
