Went in to get new glasses and Janie helped me pick out a pair that fit my face. She made sure to give her honest opinion and also make sure I looked good with them too. Janie also helped make sure I went with the right lenses best suited for me. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided.
Don't trust Shawn with cellular sales. He sold me a phone and a contract I didn't ask for on November 1st, and told me that if I paid it off during a 10-day grace period after Black Friday that I could own the phone and have it unlocked. After numerous calls with AT&t, I found out that I must have the phone for 60 days in order for the phone to be unlocked. The staff at the West Rome Walmart Vision Center are absolutely the best! They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They have been well trained and know what they are doing. They are always willing to help in picking out glasses, making adjustments, doing repairs or making recommendations to meet my needs. I encourage anyone looking for a place to purchase glasses or contacts to go see the staff there.
Great experience! Dr saw me in a timely manner. Staff were super friendly as they helped me pick out glasses. Glasses arrived swiftly and I love them!
