Friendly and fast turnaround. Had a good experience
They charged me because they forgot I had insurance and put the wrong address on my form... Just not great attention to detail. I would give a 1 star but my eye exam itself was really good so I'll give it 2
One of the women that works there was super rude to me and my family. We were in there trying on glasses and she basically ran to us to remind us to put the glasses in a separate area after trying them on. No where did it say to do that and if it did I would have understood. I asked her a few questions about insurance that they take and she was very short with me. I will bring my family somewhere else. Not ok! She needs to take a class on how to not be rude.
I've been using this location for over 15 years. Dr. Bruesh is Awesome. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. I was here on 1/27/2023 for an eye appt. and new glasses. Watch an entitled Karen go ballistic on the staff due to a card reading issue. The staff handled it professionally and the Karen still was a complete Jerk. If she leaves a review I will destroy her credibility.
I liked the Doctor, Dr. Backus (maybe misspelled) He was thorough, great at explaining things, didn't rush, also polite. I will be back. Prices were fair as well. UPDATE: The manager of the vision center is a horrible woman, rude, incompetent, and their credit card machine doesn't even work. She tried to say it was my fault, when it was in reality outdated card processor. She made me insert my card 6 times, the swipe it. It was so much my credit card company called me!! They need to have this manager go back for training in ... read more
