Valerie was so nice she took good care of me. the service was very lovely i loved it and also ms Tottie was very kind and generous loved it !!
The customer service is horrible. They’re rude and lack professionalism. They badly scratched my glasses while changing the nose pads and didn’t take responsibility. The manager was nicer but still didn’t solve the problem.
Only open till 4:45 on Sundays, don’t expect to make payment on glasses you picked out while the vision Center girl is bagging her groceries on the clock.

This place is not professional at all I took my own glasses on a Sunday and left them there to get transition shades and when I whent back to pick up my glases like it was being said someone stold my glasses and the worker there blamed me for taking my own glases when it was being shown in camera I will never go there ever again this place sucks fr DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT !!!!
