I got new glasses and lenses, but they are super blurry and I cannot see out of them. It’s like my eyes are being ripped apart when I put them on. I called to get help, but I couldn’t get good information. Martha has no idea what to say and was not helpful. She just handed them to me with no checks. It was the least thorough thing ever and I’m going to be writing up many complaints for bad business. These guys don't care about you — they only care about making a sale. I asked them for glasses with a coating equivalent to my Crizal Forte, and I ended up with a pair that doesn't even have anti-reflective coating!!! I spent over $500 on an unusable product. I'm very disappointed
Siempre voy a comprar mis lentes aquí pero recientemente intente comprar lentes nuevos y me dijeron que no podían por la montura (es la misma montura de años pasados ). Estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio , parece que solamente ayudan cuando quieren.
