We went after confirming online that the shop was open. Once we arrived it was closed!!!!!
I went to order a pair of glasses, without completed bi-focal rx, from another Dr. office. Gave Chantel? insurance information, as well as phone number . She recommended the next morning I return after Dr's office sent in corrected information. I dropped in next day, and she had stepped out. I spoke with another clerk, who insisted she would have called if she needed more info. A few days later. Very nice and helpful people! Made the experience as quick and easy as possible.
I took my daughter there and the staff was very friendly and patient. And Ms Jasmine didn't mind checking the prices for me so I could compare the cost since we do not have vision insurance. Definitely recommend Walmart vision in Boutte!
