Most unhelpful staff. Doesn't include all the information you need on your prescription when you ask for it so you have to go into the office again to get your pupil distance. Asks for all kinds of personal info then won't give you your own medical information over the phone!!!! Get your glasses elsewhere!

Rude staff!!! Who ever answered the phone this morning was very rude! Talked like she hated life and was not nice or helpful at all!
