Ashley repaired my glasses to like new condition. She was patient, kind and professional. I was also very pleased that she was able to complete the repair while I waited. Thank you!
Ashley & Erica were both so helpful and very patient with me. I ended up ordering 2 more glasses after picking up another pair.
Kind of a weird vision center. One of the receptionists is great the other is incredibly rude.
Apparently they won’t tell you if your insurance is accepted or not until the doctor has finished your exam. Literally happened to me yesterday. Extremely poor business practice.
Set up an appointment to see my eye doctor one last time before he retired. I needed a lat appointment and called a few weeks ago and they told me to come in on the 26th at 530 since there was an opening. I said I’ll take it, get there and the lady I spoke with put it down for 4pm even though I was told 530. Very frustrated because now I can not get in to see the doctor one last time and I pto on an appointment I couldn’t have.
