I took my eyeglasses frame in to get a nose pad replaced. Emma waited on me, she was professional and gregarious. She repaired them while waited. It was one of the most positive interactions I have had.

Honest and helpful! Very helpful with years of data that helped their staff who repaired my glasses for free, two pair, and reminded me of frames I bought last year on hold.
Great service and prices but the glasses lenses are not very scratch resistant at all!!! I’ve had way more scratch resistant lenses with my other two pairs of glasses 👓 I bought elsewhere. Not even close!!! Can’t justify buying glasses from somewhere when they scratch that easily… They still have good contacts though:)
