The doctor is amazing but the older optician is pretty pushy. Just doesn't want to listen when it comes to adjusting my frame until I come back the second time he have no choice but to listen. "Oh it's normal, it's fine" like I don't know any better when the frame is on my face, uncomfortable. Someone should never been in sales. Won't be using this store for a second time, there are better places to go.
Service was excellent and felt like a true neighborhood experience! Staff went out of his way to help find best emergency frames for our budget. Very knowledgeable and kind helping my father!

This is one of the BEST things about this Walmart in particular. I was skeptical at first comma but after reading the reviews I decided to go to this center. I was not disappointed! They took their time with me and my son. They made sure we understood our options and when we were unhappy with the thickness of the lens. They worked with us to find an alternative and ensured we walked away happy. My son moves a lot and they had so much patience. Great customer service. Timothy the manager is very friendly and helpful. My glasses kept sliding down so I brought them in and he adjusted every pair so that they fit perfectly. He is the best of the best and goes above and beyond to help people out. Highly recommend.
