Dr. Patel and the staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. He's very thorough with your eye exam and he actually takes time with you. I never felt rushed and I never felt like they were trying to sell me things I couldn't afford. I'm really glad my insurance recommended them.
Dr Patel was great, but I had a very disappointing experience at the optical store. I was explicitly told by the staff that my insurance would cover two pairs of lenses. Trusting them, I purchased both. However, when the insurance bill arrived, it only covered one pair, as I originally expected. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the second pair. To make matters worse, I was supposed to return the lenses within 60 days, but the invoice from them arrived 10 days later, after the return window had passed, so I couldn’t... read more
Had eye exam by Dr Patel . when sitting in chair for refraction agreed with vision After receiving new progressives ( not first time wearing) The left lens was distorted. I was told wear them for a day , only experiencing headache Returned the and told “This is your Rx “ If I was in the chair and saw the way I do, I would have said differently
I already had my prescription and was looking for new frames. I had visited 4 other places and was never even welcomed. Tony greeted me almost immediately and provided assistance. I was really surprised by the selection and quality they had. Tony also let me know of the current deals which I took advantage of. I love my new glasses, and might even get another pair soon!
Today I went in to Walmart Vision Center my glasses the screws for glasses messed up and these are my work glasses cuz I have to protect my my left eye which is my good eye because years ago my right eye I had a retina detachment so that's why I wear these glasses to protect my good eye but anyhow the screws were messed up on my glasses and Tony that works there went above and beyond fixing my glasses I really appreciate his great customer service to help me out because I'm not rich I'm not poor but again Tony needs to be re... read more
