I already had my prescription and was looking for new frames. I had visited 4 other places and was never even welcomed. Tony greeted me almost immediately and provided assistance. I was really surprised by the selection and quality they had. Tony also let me know of the current deals which I took advantage of. I love my new glasses, and might even get another pair soon!
Today I went in to Walmart Vision Center my glasses the screws for glasses messed up and these are my work glasses cuz I have to protect my my left eye which is my good eye because years ago my right eye I had a retina detachment so that's why I wear these glasses to protect my good eye but anyhow the screws were messed up on my glasses and Tony that works there went above and beyond fixing my glasses I really appreciate his great customer service to help me out because I'm not rich I'm not poor but again Tony needs to be re... read more
The doctor is amazing but the older optician is pretty pushy. Just doesn't want to listen when it comes to adjusting my frame until I come back the second time he have no choice but to listen. "Oh it's normal, it's fine" like I don't know any better when the frame is on my face, uncomfortable. Someone should never been in sales. Won't be using this store for a second time, there are better places to go.

Service was excellent and felt like a true neighborhood experience! Staff went out of his way to help find best emergency frames for our budget. Very knowledgeable and kind helping my father!
