My expectations were exceeded. The Doctor was so informative and patient with my questions. I learned so much and feel like I received the best care. Picking out lenses was a fun process with the help of Sarah. The entire experience was a joy. Affordable and efficient! Highly recommended!
I have been going to the Walmart Vision Center for many years and have always experienced excellent service from the doctors and staff. Recently , I ordered two pairs of glasses from Kimberley (the Vision Center Manager), and she was terrific! With phones ringing, people asking questions, and generally dealing with a busy office, she somehow managed to give me undivided, helpful, and friendly attention. She was very patient with me and with all of my questions. Thank you, Kimberley!
I went there originally to get appointment and Trey fixed my classes and made an appointment for me. Just got done with the eye exam and ordering new glasses, quick and painless, very professional and courteous experience.
I had an emergency in which my glasses broke! The whole staff was incredible! Allowing me to get in and out same day! Gave me a new prescription, took care of me quickly. Explained everything to me. The doctor explained what she was doing and every step of the process! I 100% recommend her to anyone and will for sure be going back for my next eye appointment!!!! 10/10!
