Dr was nice, outcome a waste of $600.00 on two glasses with too strong of prescription. Brought glasses back…supposedly fixed after a week. Was told to try them out and come back if they were still giving problems. Stopped back two times and eye center was closed. Been wearing my old glasses to see. Finally got in a month later…now three months since the initial appt and was told they could not help me. Poor service, bad business decision
I needed my contact prescription refilled. I was told I had to have another exam, which I agreed to, even though I had to wait more than a month. Yesterday 30 minutes before my exam the optometrist assistant calls to cancels the appointment. He did however offer to reschedule a little more than a month from now. Who can wait 3 months to get their contract prescription refilled?
The frames that were sold to me are horrible! I have a terrible sore on my nose because the frame cuts right into my nose! The frames are faulty and they will not replace them until my benefits kick in again! A replacement should be at their cost! I was told it looks like the nose part was cut off! So I'm supposed to live like this until January? I'm very displeased!!
The best part of my recent visit was the kind, patient gentleman that did the pre-exam portion of my visit. The optometrist was also nice and professional. The one star rating was due to another male employee. When my exam was complete I was told I could go try on frames while I waited for the next employee to step in. I wasn't given any other instruction.
