I previously had a good experience filling lenses here. I can't say the same about my recent experiences. It took over 40 minutes for the employee to create the order for the lenses for the exact same frames we previously had filled. I just went to pick the filled lenses up today, and the Optical was closed over 5 minutes before their labeled closing time. I'll have to make another 30-minute round trip as a result.
I stopped into Walmart before heading up to Nekoosa area.I had a bow broken on my glasses. Nancy and Kathy were absolutely amazing and kind. They fixed my glasses for a small fee. I am truly grateful and blessed. Wonderful customer service. I even learned about some magnetic sunglass options listening to her work with another customer.
Kermit n Tracy had me in the glasses 🤓 I needed in no time....great service from great people.
