I got my glasses from here (again) and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was nice and patient with me as I picked out the perfect pair.
Y'all straight out lied to my face when we handed y'all my prescription for my glasses. Y'all said, 'Oh, we don't take your insurance anymore.' Well, pretty funny because my insurance just called y'all and y'all said, 'Yeah, we take your insurance.' But that's okay, even though we have to drive two hours just to get my glasses done. I wish I couldn't leave y'all a star at all because y'all aren't even worth a star, but it won't let me leave this review if I don't leave y'all a star.
Lady was just playing on the phone and didn’t want to help then gets mad. Do not go to North Cleveland vision center.
