Helpful beyond what's expected Professional and very well mannered.
Put my information in computer incorrectly and refused to fix eyeglasses on warranty. The antiglare coating has worn off of two pairs of glasses. I purchased the extra warranty and had issues getting them to fix the first pair and the second, they flat out refused. Glasses referred to weren't even 1 year old.
Big shout out to Jamie Johnson for helping my son who has autism with picking his glasses. She was very patient and engaging with him. We came for 1 pair left with 2 and a big smile.
waste of money I can't see out of glasses, I can't wait to go back to the other Walmart!
