The person (I didn’t get her name!) who just helped me with my glasses was so nice, helpful, and deserves 10 stars!
WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT AN EYE DOCTOR. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful especially the vision center lead. Told me I could rebook if I didn’t want to wait over an hour to be seen and rebooking would put me out another 3 weeks after I’ve already waited a month to get in. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY. I had my appointment at 11:15 and wasn’t seen until over an hour later.
