Say what you may of Walmart, my vision visit was nothing short of exceptional. From beginning to end...so professional, efficient, personable patient and pleasant. Everyone I had encountered. From Dr Hoang Dds, to pickup with Ms Eshundra, THREE DAYS LATER... You hear me...THREE DAYS and I was in my new perfectly prescribed lenses. 💥GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!💥 Eshonda, the Stafford manager, for her outstanding assistance and exceptional customer service. She is always welcoming and willing to help, even near closing time. Eshonda went above and beyond by reaching out to the Sugar Land Vision Center to verify the availability of my son’s glasses and successfully coordinated with Monica and Flor to secure them. Thanks to their prompt support, my son’s issue was resolved quickly. I highly recommend visiting Eshonda for an amazing service.
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now, and this year I was told by a Walmart optical employee, that Walmart optical no longer accepted my Eye mead insurance. I called my Eye mead insurance and they informed me that Walmart optical is in network with my insurance. I phone called this Walmart optical location because this is where I’ve been coming, so that they could reverify my insurance information and I was told that they could not help me over the phone.
