Bought subscription sun glasses (wrap around). Within a few months, lenses start cracking from the corners. Did not buy insurance. They wouldn’t do anything for me. My glasses plan only helps once a year. Told me leaving in hot car probably cause. I kept in a case in the door panel. I expected better care considering glasses are borderline medical. Not just sent out the door.
I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone
They do a very thorough job of making sure your glasses fit right and the progressives work for your eyes. They go into detail you won't get elsewhere. I was very pleased with the experience and will go back
