I got a pair of glasses I was disappointed with .They were too heavy. The manager,Butch told me it was my lenses z, not the frames. I told him I didn’t like the frames.,He told me that he would change them this time, but he said don’t come back again dissatisfied again, because he would not change them again. And he was rude to my dog, also. He was very rude
Bought subscription sun glasses (wrap around). Within a few months, lenses start cracking from the corners. Did not buy insurance. They wouldn’t do anything for me. My glasses plan only helps once a year. Told me leaving in hot car probably cause. I kept in a case in the door panel. I expected better care considering glasses are borderline medical. Not just sent out the door.
