The customer service at the Lansing ill Wal-Mart is unacceptable! In the money center, the line was out of the door with only one young Lady working. As I was in the line, I attempted to call the store to speak to a manager. The phone just ranged. I called 3 times before someone answered it and transfered me to speak to a manager. I'm still waiting to speak to a manager. Brown & yellowpeople deserve excellent service as well! It should be -1 star!
