The staff was polite and Dr VO was nice but the referral I got for rentina dr was way off and a waste of time and money Dr .Chasen didn't see anything in that referral I could have used money on co pay and lyft on other things .
I ordered both sunglasses and regular glasses. Wasn't until I got my sunglasses that I couldn't wear that I was informed that they had different lenses. I wasn't told that there were options. I got the better lenses with my glasses, but not my others. Now, I'm past the 60 day window to upgrade, so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear. Brand new, useless sunglasses. Thanks Walmart. WtH?!

When I fell at home and broke my glass , there took great care of me rechecking my eye sight and replaced my glasses and found i needed to go to a retina doc
I really appreciate all the help with making sure I was happy with my frames. Both people who waited on me were excellent and very professional. I love my new hard candy tortoiseshell frames!
