This is NOT a very reliable business! I was GREATLY disappointed with the customer service and lack of professional courtesy that the employees had toward my order or the fact that I if I didn't need the order to see I wouldn't be bothering them in the first place. I live 1 mile from my Walmart on Hilton Head Island. I left the vision center very upset and frustrated. I did not give up on Walmart, I drove out to the Hardeeville Walmart where I found everyone to be pleasant and knowledgable. I'm getting ready to by another pair of glasses and will make the trip back out to the Hardeeville Walmart.
I thought that the staff was very nice and treated me well. They were helpful and kind.
