I went in there for an eye exam today and to get glasses made and these people do not know what the hell they're doing. The girl that's only been there four or five weeks tried to tell me that I need to get nine pictures of each eye for my retina because my insurance requires it after the third time I felt like I was blind and I said I'm not getting 18 flashes in my eye It's giving me a headache so I said I'll call my insurance and I called my insurance which I know they don't require this and they told them We don't require... read more
the gentleman that did my eye exam was super helpful and friendly. exam was reasonably priced and there was a wide variety of glasses to choose from.
Not a good experience. Too many wasted trips to have every excuse in the world to not order the glasses. Staff appeared to have little experience and knowledge of something as important as vision. Much more interested in up selling. Clearly working on commission of sales.
Walmart Vision is the best thing about Walmart, period! The technicians are so helpful, & friendly, plus the prices are actually affordable. I wish every department throughout the whole store would follow their lead! Keep up the awesome service Walmart VISION! Hopefully one day soon you'll be able to offer eye exams too at this location. I highly recommend!
Beyond upset second time they have held my sight hostage I am litterly blind tried to get my prescription and of course expired last month no one was there forever to even be able to get it I HATE you and hope you find out what it's like to not be able to see to function.
