I ordered some quite expensive progressive lenses and when they finally arrived , I couldn't not hardley see out of them. There was only one small area that was focused right in the middle. So the left and the right sides were blurry, I know progressive lenses take some getting used to bit these were really bad, and they would not remake them so I had to order regular bifocals which I do not like. So this was a real disappointment
Very helpful staff at the Walmart vision and glasses center here in Maple Grove. Specifically, Alison who helped me tremendously and was super nice! Give that woman a bonus and a raise. Thank you Alison! Really appreciate all of your help Alison!
My Husband and I had the best experience at the Walmart vision ctr in Maple Grove!! The team is so knowledgeable and friendly! They helped us pick out gorgeous eye wear! The selection is amazing so many styles and prices are very affordable!! We are very satisfied with our new prescription glasses, they look great ! Honestly we will never purchase prescription eyeglasses any where else but Walmart Maple Grove! Great quality and exceptional customer service with a smile! Such a fun experience !!!
I went to the Walmart Vision Center in Maple Grove last Saturday and wanted to use my vision insurance but the guy who worked there would not pull up the insurance information and told me I'd have to just pay for the glasses in full then get reimbursed later from my insurance. I told him that I bought numerous pairs from there before with my insurance for myself and other family members but he refused to do it. I love the service. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The Mgr Sabah is always so helpful and kind. Great place and price to get your eye services done here.
