This review is for anyone who values respectful, kind customer service regardless of age, race, or background. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly--including the doctor. You don't have to worry about language barriers or being treated differently here. If that matters to you, this is a place I highly recommend.
My husband, daughter and I have all been going here for years. The staff is helpful and friendly and they always know us by name! We started going to the Suwanee location out of convenience, but have stayed because of the customer service.
I called here thinking I was going get a better customer service than I did at the Gainesville one and who was I kidding the damn lady wouldn't even let me express my situation ,talking over me and just rushing me off the phone .TRASH
