If I could give 0 stars I would! Been getting past due bills since Jan. Everytime I call store, the clerk tells me I need to contact corporate. Corporate tells me I need to contact store. After 3 months and NUMEROUS calls and time wasted, I simply wrote a note on my bill for them to handle it! Long story short..Local store billed an insurance Co that I haven't even had in over 2 yrs, even though I gave her correct card at time of visit 6 months ago! I'm done chasing them. And done being called Sweetie & Honey by the clerks.

My insurance covered glasses for a certain amount and I chose glasses under the maximum cost covered.i picked my glasses up with no problem when they arrived at Walmart vision. I received a letter from my insurance company a few months later that said the glasses that Walmart provided were premium lenses and were not covered under my insurance and if Walmart did not notify me before leaving that I should not have to pay them.
