Okay, let me preface this review by saying that I'm new to wearing glasses and frankly, I'm horrible at taking care of them BUT I'm learning. Anyway the representative here, named Elham, truly specializes in making me feel very significant and valued as a customer. I broke 2 different frames, in a 2 week period. After Ms. Elham read me the disclaimer, she fixed them in a matter of minutes and had me back seeing 20/20. I'm very appreciative and so happy to share this review.
She was very sweet and kind. I love how interacted she was with me and she helped me find the perfect glasses made just for me and she had a Wonderful, sense of humor. I would recommend coming here And getting you some glasses with Thelma !
