If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would! I had the pleasure of having two encounters with Miss Rachel, and she is truly just someone’s mom, if you know what I mean—in the absolute best way. She is such a sweet, loving, patient, kind, and caring woman. During my visit, she was helping 3–4 different sets of customers at the same time, yet she remained calm, attentive, and incredibly organized.
