The doctor should keep his political views to himself! Ridiculous claims of a stolen election and a fake president should never be part of an eye exam. After many years coming to this facility, I won't be back.
Raquel is a angel on earth. Her energy was amazing and the Dr. was pleasantly welcoming. I've worn glasses my entire life and 40 years later the best to date. Thank you both
Ty an employee at the self-service checkout was an angel. She changed my name.. Other than that I have never had anything close to a good experience at this Walmart. I've been driving an extra 15 minutes just to get to a different Walmart. Customer service area is the furthest thing from customer service I've seen. It's worse than the D M V. They never have enough checkout Lanes during peak times.
Dr Charles Bruce has been practicing at this office for years and knows his stuff! Consistency is huge for me, and I love the fact that I can bring my children back every year and see the same knowledgeable person. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Luckily, they are not paid off commission, because it allows them to be 100% honest with you. Thank you for your awesome customer service.
