Very fast service
I am so upset. I have now been waiting 13 days for my glasses to come back from a lab in Dallas. I called last week and the lady said they were shipping...They have not. Another lady said today that the type of lens I ordered take longer. She said she would call the lab to see what's the hold up. However, she did call me back and was very nice and helpful. I am disappointed in the situation, not this store's employees. They have been nice. The hold up was because the lens failed inspection so they had to redo them. I will ed... read more
