I felt like the representative was negative from the beginning and did not give me a fair chance to explain my situation. Before I could even fully speak, she already seemed dismissive about the insurance issue. I would like this reviewed by someone else who can listen and help me find a solution.

I have nothing but great things to say about doctor Mele and the staff there. Dr. Mele literally saved the vision in my right eye when she discovered blood pooling in my veins in the back of my eye and scheduling an appointment with a retina specialist. Dr. Mele and her staff are kind, courteous and just simply amazing. They also have a sense of humor which I find calming. I've been to two other optometrists and didn't receive near the kindness and attention I received in this office.
