The doctor and his assistant were amazing. They were organized, personable and just overall pleasant. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 because of them. After our exam (myself and my kids) we had to pick our new glasses. Our insurance only pays our for frames up to a certain amount. Almost none of the glasses were priced. I brought a cpl pairs to 1 of the workers to check prices for me but she didn't seem too concerned with making sure I was taken care of in any capacity. Was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back, no answer. Wish I was just told to call back another time instead of having my time wasted.
Very professional and affordable! My eye sight is changing a little due to my age (I need bifocals) and Dr. Kerianne Sayre, gave me many different options with contacts, glasses or a combination of both to help me see comfortably. This team, at the vision center, did an amazing job! Thanks!
I brought my daughter here for her first vision exam. The optician who did the initial assessment was patient with my daughter and had a calming demeanor. The optometrist was mild mannered and communicated well with both of us. And the store manager(possibly an optician as well) had a great grasp of the pricing and insurance information. She was also very compassionate with my daughter, who was distressed about needing to wear glasses. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend!
