The best experience I ever had! Very affordable even for someone without an insurance like myself. They also carry wide range of all prices for frames at your convenience. The Eye Dr. was very knowledgable and professional, she not only made sure that I got the accurate prescriptions, she also addressed my eyes conditions and potential risks associated with it. I went to the vision center location here in Elk River to purchase 2 pairs of glasses, sunglasses and regular glasses. I found 2 frames I liked and purchased both of them. When I came in to pick them up, I found that my regular glasses had sunglasses clip ons included in the case. If I had known that the frames had the sunglasses clip as an option, I never would have purchased the sunglasses frame in the first place, Very deceptive practices going on here and I will be filing a complaint with the corprate office and hopefull... read more

I was diagnosed by Dr. Stefanik with needing a posterior capsulotomy, after having the procedure done at Twin Cities Eye consultants they told me to get a follow up appointment with Dr Stefanik in 3-4 weeks. I called to make the appointment and was informed that Dr Stefanik does not do follow ups for this procedure. What a joke, she can diagnose but not follow up? Time for a new eye Dr!
Knew my insurance was accepted when other vision centers said it's XYZ so we don't take it (even though the backing insurance company was accepted). The Dr. actually took the time to dial in my prescription and listen to me - fixing the absolute horrible prescription I got at a different clinic. Finally, since they didn't have the exact contact prescription in stock, the Dr ordered a trial pair for me to ensure they are right BEFORE I spend $$$ on contacts. Highly recommend.
