I called at Friday at 4:45pm to check on my status Chrystal said she did not have time and she’ll call me on Monday morning. I mentioned you have 15 mins I need to know why I have not received my contacts. She said I may call you back or Monday. Christel the young lady at the vision center helped my wife with her new glasses today as we went in to pick them up. She made sure everything was perfect before we left. Thats why she gets a 5 rating. She kind, friendly and made this experience a very good one look forward to seeing her when its time for my next pair
Dr. Chin and staff were awesome. I apologize not remembering the lady's name, who helped pick out my glasses. Dr. Chin took me back early and I received my glasses in 2 days. Thank you so much
