Outstanding experience at the Walmart Vision Centers in Carmel and Noblesville! Dr. McQuitty in Carmel was professional, thorough, and very kind. Not even one star, spent too much money for my Rayban meta G1 brand new and it has scratches on the lenses. So first I got it, lenses got scratches I returned it, after almost 4 weeks waiting I finally got it but guess what? Worse than before, scratches including on the frame. That's awful. Got picture Attached. The ended up giving me 20% discount only of what I paid after insurance coveraged for an awful scratches lenses and FRAME (which the frame i did noticed it when i got home). The technician that assembles the glasses is an arrogant fool and they could care less how satisfied the customer is. The first time the tech gave me my glasses I told him the prescription is off and he said you'll get used to it, no. He also scratched the frames so when I went back in to get them redone I told them I wanted the frames replaced because they were scratched. He looked annoyed and asked what ones I wanted so I went and got the same frames that were not scratched, a week later I go to pick them up and there's 5 ... read more
The eye exam was ok, but my prescription was incorrect. They wanted to charge me for a new eye exam. They didn’t even try to offer a solution that didn’t involve me paying more money. Valentina was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are lots of options in the Indianapolis area for eye care, and I definitely will be choosing a different place for my next eye exam.
