The eye exam was ok, but my prescription was incorrect. They wanted to charge me for a new eye exam. They didn’t even try to offer a solution that didn’t involve me paying more money. Valentina was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are lots of options in the Indianapolis area for eye care, and I definitely will be choosing a different place for my next eye exam.
Doc Miller is great! Very professional and very polite. If you need an optometrist, he's your guy.
Valentina She is rude, despotic, and racist... she urgently needs a class on customer service, and how to talk to children.
I liked the service and product received at Noblesville vision Walmart. I could have a medical checkup with doctor appointment set by them which covered by my insurance. The price and quality of frames were reasonable. The ladies working there are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing! Highly recommended!
My experience here was fantastic! My contacts arrived within 4 days and my glasses needed some adjusting and the staff was on it. I thought the doctor was great and the staff as on point! I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
