The technician that assembles the glasses is an arrogant fool and they could care less how satisfied the customer is. The first time the tech gave me my glasses I told him the prescription is off and he said you'll get used to it, no. He also scratched the frames so when I went back in to get them redone I told them I wanted the frames replaced because they were scratched. The eye exam was ok, but my prescription was incorrect. They wanted to charge me for a new eye exam. They didn’t even try to offer a solution that didn’t involve me paying more money. Valentina was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are lots of options in the Indianapolis area for eye care, and I definitely will be choosing a different place for my next eye exam.
Doc Miller is great! Very professional and very polite. If you need an optometrist, he's your guy.
Valentina She is rude, despotic, and racist... she urgently needs a class on customer service, and how to talk to children.
