Inefficient and incompetent staff. They don't stick to conducting business and waste time talking about their personal lives with customers while others are waiting in line.

I would avoid purchasing eye glasses from this location. Dr Penn is awesome and I would recommend him but cannot say the same for the vision center staff. Shop elsewhere for a better experience , I did.

I have been going to Dr. Penn and ordering my contacts/glasses through the vision center at the Viera Walmart for over a decade, and I’ve always had a great experience. I recently brought my 5 year old daughter there as well, and Dr. Penn answered all her questions with a vibrant and genuine enthusiasm that is often lacking in doctors, even advising her about how to deal with a bully at her school. We just the most outstanding service experience at the Wal-Mart Vision Center at the Viera location. Kathie, Vision Center Manager, is very Knowledgeable and has an Awesome attitude. She went above and beyond to assist us in finding 2 new pair of glasses. She offered to take a picture so my husband could easily see how he looked in each pair of frames he was considering. If you're looking for new glasses, go see Kathie at the Wal-Mart Vision Center at the Viera location and ask for Kathie.

Very rude, unwelcoming and intentionally confrontational when asking for details. Merritt island location was a much better experience!
