Service is fantastic! Kathie, the manager, is very kind and knowledgeable. She has assembled a wonderful team that works well together, especially in such a busy optical. I purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses including a beautiful pair of sunglasses. I got a great deal because I also bought my contacts. I got a huge discount & saved a ton of money. I will continue to use their services in the future. I recommended them to all my friends and family.
to begin, I have been going here for my glasses for over 20 years. Kathie, The manager is an awesome person to deal with. So is Marc and Aubrea. Jan is excellent to deal with as well. I understand why this department doesn't have any turnover and that's because it is well run and customers are very happy with the results. When purchasing my Glasses, it was recommended I get the extended warranty plan by Kathie. she went over the coverages and how it works. Can’t be bothered to help somebody who’s only coming in to pick up glasses they’ve already paid for. I would recommend finding a different place. Not very good customer service.The new glasses don’t even work. The side that does NOT have a prescription is blurry. Eyes are better off without them on. The glasses were clearly marked in the wrong place for my eyes. Kathie was especially rude!

Inefficient and incompetent staff. They don't stick to conducting business and waste time talking about their personal lives with customers while others are waiting in line.
