Great , Great customer service from the Manager Melissa !!! She was super helpful and answered all my questions !! I will be seeing them soon for some glasses!!
No they do not provide eye exams, lady was unprofessional.
The guarantee they give you for a year is useless,they only agree in a low voice and are very deceitful.i dont not recommend them
Ok I am debunking any bad review for this Walmart Vision location. I had an eye exam that was quick and professional. Then I wanted lenses replaced for some cool frames I found, and the manager there was fantastic. They were very thorough and made sure I understood the options and process. In addition, I won’t be able to pick them up at this location and needed them shipped no another. They called the other location to verify everything for smooth sailing.
