Melika was a great vision care specialist. I recommend asking for her if you need glasses!
I highly recommend this place for getting your glasses. Viola Martin has given us nothing but the best customer service. Today was my first time shopping for glasses. She made me feel comfortable during the entire time I was there, from looking around at the frames to checking out. She was also good and patient and communicating the functionality of the type of lense and how the whole process worked. I really appreciate her service and all those who work there. Please check them out!
I recently went to Walmart to have my glasses fitted to my face. Viola Martin was very helpful and adjusted two pair of glasses for me. She cleaned them and then help me buy a new case! Thank you for the excellent service.
Appointment booked and get there and no record of the appointment by the Doctor. Wasted one hour. Do not go there go to Pearle or VisionWorks. They did nothing to remedy the situation.
I love this vision center, the staff is always very efficient, friendly and very helpful!!! It’s always clean and organized as well!! Best Vision Center in Mckinney!!!❤️
