Refused to see me for a foreign object in my eye just because I had been to another optometrist. How ridiculous.
Walked in hoping to get an appointment, was not greeted, they started taking other people that walked in after us after waiting for 25 mins... Will not be back

Terrible customer service… I called to ask if they take my insurance, they told me they only take my insurance for the rx but not the exam. I went to another Walmart for my exam that accepted the insurance and figured I would get my glasses at this one since I live closer. Well I brought my rx and picked out my glasses, the lady said she would call my insurance to verify then let me know if they needed anything else, but if not they will order the glasses and call me when they arrive at the store…over a week and a half went ... read more
